Turkey and the United States stress the need to stop Haftar’s illegal practices and support the reconciliation government.

On Friday, Turkish presidential spokesperson Ibrahim Qalan and US National Security Adviser Robert O’Brien stressed the need to support the internationally recognized government of reconciliation by stopping Haftar’s attacks and illegal practices.

“Qalan” and “O’Brien”, during a telephone conversation, discussed the situation in Libya and solidarity in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), according to the Turkish “Anatolia” agency.

It is worth noting that Turkish President Rejep Tayyip Erdogan confirmed, earlier, his country’s intention to turn the region into an oasis of peace by continuing to support the legitimate reconciliation government.
