Tunisia’s Summit Confirms Support For Quadripartite Dialogue On Libya

The final communiqué of the League of Arab States stressed the importance of supporting the Libyan legal institutions and supporting the quadripartite dialogue, which includes the League, the United Nations, the European Union and the African Union.

The statement of the summit in Tunis, on Sunday, confirmed the support of the efforts to reach an agreement ending the current crisis through national reconciliation in accordance with the agreement of Skhirat, to maintain the unity of the country and the cohesion of the community.

The statement added that it is necessary to stand with Libya in its attempt to defeat the terrorist gangs and eradicate the danger it poses to the country and neighboring countries.

The President of the Presidential Council Faiz Sarraj participated with the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Economy and Industry at the 30th Arab Summit, which started in Tunisia on Sunday morning.
