The Turkish ambassador to Libya confirms his country’s support to build the army and police institutions in Libya.

The Turkish Ambassador in Libya, Serhat Axin, assured the Vice-President of the Presidential Council, Abdulsalam Kajman, that his country will continue to support the reconciliation government until it extends its control over the entire Libyan soil and helps it build the army and police institutions.

On Wednesday, Kajman discussed with the Turkish ambassador the prospects of joint cooperation between the two countries, especially Turkey’s contribution to solving the electricity problem in Libya, and the return of Turkish companies to complete the contracted projects; Given its importance.

It is worth noting that the President of the Presidential Council, Fayez Al-Sarraj, discussed, last Friday, in Tripoli with the Turkish Minister of Defense, Khulusi Akar, the fields of military and security cooperation, and programs for building security and defense capabilities within the framework of the memorandum of understanding signed between the two countries.
