The Prince of Qatar assures Asarraj of their readiness to support the GNA in the security and economic fields.

The Prince of the State of Qatar, Tamim Bin Hamad, during his meeting with the President of the GNA, Faiz Asarraj, confirmed on Sunday that his country is ready to provide any support required by the GNA in the security and economic fields.

The Prince of Qatar reiterated his country’s support for the GNA, noting that his country would double its work in order for Libya to overcome the crisis it is going through, according to the media office of the President of the GNA.

For his part, Asarraj stressed his government’s determination to confront the aggression in parallel with establishing security and stability and moving the wheel of the economy.

In a related context, Foreign Minister Mohamed Siala discussed with the Qatari Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman the developments of the Berlin conference meeting to be held to discuss the Libyan crisis, and the two sides agreed on the necessity to invite all countries concerned with Libyan affairs to this meeting without any exclusion.

It is worth noting that the President of the GNA, Fayez Asarraj, participated Saturday in the Doha Forum, hosted by the Qatari capital, which is a global platform for dialogue, bringing together heads and leaders of opinion and policy makers around the world to present innovative and applicable solutions to many issues.
