The Libyan Red Crescent receives membership of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies

On Monday, the Libyan Red Crescent Society won the membership of the Board of Directors of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, based in Geneva.

The assembly received 111 votes, the highest vote such elections followed by Nigeria with 107 votes, according to its Facebook page.

It is noteworthy that the Libyan Red Crescent Society includes a large number of staff and volunteers, and has branches in most cities of Libya.
