In the same context, Al-Mishri said that the trend towards the Libyan political dialogue forum aims to achieve a unified vision about the framework and arrangements for governance and holding national elections.

It is worth noting that the President of the Presidency Council, Fayez Al-Sarraj, announced on the 16th of last September, his readiness to hand over his duties to the executive authority, giving the dialogue committees until the end of the current month of October to agree to form a new presidential council.
