The GNA Committee in “5 + 5”: insist that the aggressor withdraws to before April 4 first and, then the dialogue.

The delegation of the Joint Military Committee 5 ″5 +, confirmed on Tuesday, that the talks with the UN mission on the ceasefire are based on one constant, which is the withdrawal of the aggressor from the capital to before the date of April 4, and the return of the displaced and the return of normal life to the south of Tripoli.

The delegation asserted, in a statement, that what the committee presented is either to be accepted in one package, or to be refused, stressing that it will not bear the responsibility for the bloodshed of Libyans due to the intransigence and rejection of the other party.
