The European Parliament calls on the international community to condemn Haftar’s threats to Tripoli to prevent a “bloodbath”

The European Parliament on Friday, called on the European Union countries and the international community to condemn Hifter’s recent threats about Tripoli to prevent a “bloodbath” in the Capital.

The parliament expressed in a statement its deep concern after the recent threats launched by Hifter regarding a “widespread attack on Tripoli,” stressing that this military attack will only lead to more suffering for Libyan civilians, according to the statement.

It is worth pointing out that Hifter announced in a recorded speech on Thursday a new zero hour to storm the capital after the failure of his repeated aggression on it,since nine months ago.
