The army thwarts Hifter attack and their attempt to block Tripoli Gharyan road

Libyan army thwarted on Sunday, an infiltration attempt by some of Hifter’s forces on the area of ​​Bir Alaaq and behind the Harissa factory in an attempt to block the Tripoli Gharyan road.

A commander from Gharyan protection force Haytham bin Saleh told to Arraed of thwarting the attack, in which residential neighborhoods were used as human sheilds, pointing out that the force’s artillery continues to target locations where Hifter forces are stationed behind the Harissa factory, Olad Tlis and Bir al’alak.

It is worth noting that the drones supporting Haftar on Sunday targeted the homes of citizens in the municipality of Sawani, causing a number of casualties, including women and children.
