The army repels an attack by Hifter militias in Alwishka, and the Air Force targets their positions.

The Security and Protection Operations Room of Sirte and Al-Jufra confirmed their repulsion of a new attack by Hifter militias on the Alwishka area, and incurred heavy losses in equipment and lives.

The Chamber said, on its official page on Saturday, that the Libyan Air Force launched a massive air campaign against the concentrations of Hifter militias in the Alwishka area, after monitoring a new attempt by Hifter militia to gather, confirming that its strikes were accurate and effective.

It is worth noting that the media office of the Volcano of Anger operation reported, on Saturday, that the Libyan army’s artillery destroyed an ammunition storehouse for Hifter militias in Khelet Binoun, south of Tripoli, in response to its bombing of civilians in the Alkrimiya area.
