Sudan Deploys its Troop on the Libyan Border

The commander of the Sudanese army’s Rapid Support Forces, Mohammed Daqlo, on Saturday, announced the deployment of his troops on the border of Libya to take down the Sudanese armed movements in the Libyan desert.

According to the newspaper “Sudan Tribune,” Daqlo said what he called “mercenaries” of Sudanese armed movements in Libya that they would chase them wherever they were if they tried to enter Sudan again.

In May 2017, Sudan announced the clashes in North Darfur between the Sudanese army and some opposition forces he said came from Libya.

The latest report by UN experts on Libya revealed the presence of Sudanese opposition forces in the Libyan desert and was used by the commander of the Karama forces and Ibrahim Jedran in the recent oil port war.
