NATO: We are committed to providing advice in building defense and security institutions in Libya.

During his meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşolu, the Secretary-General of NATO, “Jens Stoltenberg,” affirmed the alliance’s firm position in providing advice in building defense and security institutions and taking into account the political and security conditions in Libya.

On Friday at NATO headquarters in Brussels, Stoltenberg discussed the security situation in a number of countries, including Libya – according to the Italian Nova Agency.

It is worth noting that the Secretary-General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Jens Stoltenberg, announced, on January 14, the Alliance’s readiness to provide support to Libya, if the political and security conditions permit.
