Mohammad Ammari rejoins Presidential Council

Member of the Presidential Council at the Government of National Accord, Mohammad Ammari, terminated his suspension of his membership after calls from United Nations envoy, Martin Kobler, to reverse his decision and join the Presidential Council’s meeting on Wednesday.

Ammari revealed that his rejoining of the council came after international consultation and internal communication and to answer the envoy’s call to join the political dialogue convening to assess the performance of the Presidential Council and President Fayez Al-Sarraj.
