Macron Is In Egypt Ti Discuss His Country’s Initiative On Libya

French President Emmanuel Macron, on Monday, said that his visit to Egypt comes within the framework of discussing the Egyptian position on the Paris initiative on Libya.

According to Al-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper, Macron will discuss with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi the Libyan crisis and the French role in the region.

The Libyan parties of the Presidential Council and the House of Representatives and the High Council of State and the leader ofAl-Karama forces met in Paris and agreed to hold presidential elections scheduled to take place in December.
