Jwali: The joint force has a clear mandate, and does not interfere in political leadership disputes

The commander of the Joint Operations Room in the Western Region, Major General Osama Jawili, confirmed, on Saturday, that the joint force has no interest in interfering with the difference of views between the political leaderships, pointing out that its tasks are clear and specified in the decision to form it.

In a statement issued by the operations room, Jwaili explained that what is meant by the statements issued by the commander of the joint force is to stand against the repeated and failed attempts to return Libya to dictatorship by exploiting the slogans of freedom of expression in calling for demonstrations with the slogan “we vote for you” Movement which was infiltrated by supporters the aggression , according to the statement.

It is worth noting that, on Friday, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Government of National Accord directed a letter to the Military Prosecutor to investigate the statement issued by the commander of the Tripoli military region, Abdulbasit Marwan, and take legal measures against it in accordance with the Penal Code and Military Procedures.
