Justice and Constructive Party: Abdel Basit Igtet statements were completely untrue

On Friday, the media department of the Justice and Constructive Party denied validity of the statements of the former candidate for prime minister Abdul Basit Igtet, as he was calling on the party to withdraw from the political scene.

 

The administration described Igtit’s comments as “completely baseless”, explaining that he met with the party leaders in 2013, requesting their support for the premiership in that period.
