A member of the Supreme Council of State, Abdulqadir Huwaili, said that it is possible to postpone the second round of voting to settle the mechanism for selecting the executive authority until the scheduled session of the House of Representatives is held in Ghadames.
Huwaili added in press statements, on Monday, that the second proposal is considered the winner, although it did not reach the required percentage, which is 75%, even if the third option gets the remaining votes that went to the tenth proposal, pointing out that no names have been specified to fill the positions of the Presidential Council and Prime Minister.
It is worth noting that the United Nations Support Mission in Libya announced, on Friday, the completion of the first round of voting on the mechanism for selecting the executive authority, where 39 members voted for Proposal No. 2, 24 members voted for Proposal No. 3, and 8 votes for Proposal No.10.
