On Wednesday, the Minister of Interior of the Government of National Accord, Al-Arif Al-Khoja, discussed with the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Zeid bin Ra’ad, of the conditions of prisons and detention centers for migrants, and the assistance that is to be provided by the United Nations in order to reduce human rights violations.
