“Fazan’s Anger” Movement Carries Out Its Threats And Closes Al-Sharara Oilfield

A source from Al-Sharara Oilfield confirmed that protesters from “Fazan’s Anger” movement closed the field this morning, for the government has neglected their demands, according to him.

In a statement to ArraedLg, the source said, on Saturday, that the protesters told them that they are demanding greater development in the southern region: the extension of security, support for the health sector, and operating the Obary gas station, in addition to solving the problems of the salaries of the recruited and retirees of the region’s citizens in state institutions.

The movement of the “Fazan’s Anger” threatened, earlier, the closure of more oil fields in the event that the government does not meet their demands.
