Turkish Presidential Adviser Yassin Aktay said on Tuesday that his country does not want war against Egypt or any other country, as Turkey defends the legitimate government in Libya, while others support “rebels and coup leaders.”
Aktay explained, according to Sputnik, that Turkey would not go to war against any Muslim people, and we are in Libya to meet a request for help from the legitimate government, and not to confront any Arab or foreign armies, and we are seeking to stop the war instead of igniting it.
On Monday, a spokesman for the Turkish Justice and Development Party, Omar Glick, said that Turkey would train troops working to protect legitimacy in Libya.
It is noteworthy that Turkish Foreign Minister Mouloud oglu said on Monday that his country would send military experts and technical teams to support the internationally recognized reconciliation government in Libya.
