Criminal Court: Hifter must handover Alwarfali and promoting him is extremely dangerous.

The generalp rosecutor of the International Court, Fatou Bensouda, demanded that Hifter to handover the wanted person to justice, Mahmoud Al-Warfali, noting that Hifter’s promotion of Warfalli is very dangerous.
