“Çavuşoğlu” discusses with “Stoltenberg” the exposure of a Turkish ship for inspection in the Mediterranean.

On Thursday, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu discussed with the Secretary-General of NATO, “Jens Stoltenberg,” the exposure of a Turkish ship for inspection in the Mediterranean Sea.

“Cavusoglu confirmed in a phone call with Stoltenberg that exposure to our ship is unacceptable, and we assessed developments related to the eastern Mediterranean, Afghanistan, Libya and Karabakh, according to the Turkish Anatolia News Agency.

It is reported that a Turkish merchant ship was inspected, on Tuesday, in the central Mediterranean, after which the German Ministry of Defense announced that it had not found any prohibited goods on board.

It is worth noting that the European Union launched, last March, a process which it called “Irini”; To impose an embargo on the supply of weapons to Libya.
