Almanifi arrives in Doha on an official visit

The President of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Manifi, arrives in the Qatari capital, Doha, on an official visit to discuss the Libyan-Qatari relationship and ways to strengthen and develop it. Al-Manifi was welcomed by Minister of State for Qatari Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al-Maraikhi, according to the Qatar News Agency.
