The Director of the Libyan Center for work related to Mines and War Remnants of the Ministry of Defense, Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Turjuman, revealed, in a statement to Arraed Monday, the disposal of approximately 3 tons of dangerous war remnants Detonated inside the Misurata Air College.
Al-Turjman explained that the detonation process continued for two weeks inside the college. Because it is difficult to move it outside.
Al-Turjman confirmed that they are preparing to dispose of larger quantities in the coming days, totaling 300 tons, and it will take months to dispose of them, indicating that they will inform the people about the day and hour of the explosion, to be in the safe side.
It is worth noting that the National Safety Authority, Tripoli Branch, last August detonated more than 50 tons of remnants of war collected from the south of Tripoli.
