Al-Mansouri: The constitution is ready for a referendum and the political authorities obstruct it.

Member of the Constitutional Authority Daw al-Mansouri said on Wednesday that the draft constitution is ready for a referendum since it was approved in July 2017, and it is the one who will find radical solutions to stop the Libyan war.

Daw, in a statement to Arraed Network, confirmed that the political authorities are obstructing the draft constitution, and he indicated that there is no role for the tribes except as citizens, expressing his surprise at the calls of Tunisian President Qais Saeed regarding the role of the tribes in the constitution.

It is worth noting that in July 2017 the Constitution Drafting Authority announced that it had completed the drafting of the constitution with the approval of most of its members and its ready for referendum .
