On Wednesday, a spokesman for the Volcano of Anger Operation, Mustafa Al-Majei, said that Al-Mesmari’s announcement to withdraw for a distance of 3 km is only an arrangement to announce the final defeat, and a desire to prepare their followers for the upcoming defeat.
In a statement to Arraed, Al-Majie said that Al-Mismari wanted these statements to send the news of the defeat in doses so that their supporters would accept such news that would happen later, and their project would be finished.
Al-Majei indicated that their withdrawal to this distance might also be intended to trick the Libyan army forces into the trap of the land mines they are planting in the locations and areas they were desecrating.
Al-Majei stressed that the Libyan army’s plans and calculations are well thought out, and the military operation is proceeding well, and today, after destroying all these systems that were used by the “criminals” from the militias, it will facilitate the progress towards liberating the city of Tarhuna.
Al-Majie added that the aim of Operation Volcano of Anger is not to liberate the city of Tarhuna and extend control over the entire western region, but that there are many military tasks for the Libyan army forces, which will be announced at the right time.
It is worth noting that the spokesperson for the aggressor militias, Ahmed Al-Mismari, came out on Tuesday, and announced the withdrawal of their militia in southern Tripoli, a distance of 3 kilometers.
