Akar: The Turkish Armed Forces are supervising the rehabilitation of the Libyan forces.

Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said, Thursday, that the Turkish armed forces are supervising the rehabilitation of Libyan forces in the training centers they have established.

Akar added, in statements to Anatolia, that Turkey’s activities in Libya are proceeding in accordance with international laws and humanitarian values, stressing the determination to continue them.

Akar indicated that ignoring the public facts and directing false accusations against Turkey does not lead to the truth, calling not to exaggerate the matter regarding the establishment of a base in Libya.

It is worth noting that he President of the Presidential Council, Fayez Al-Sarraj, received on August 17, the Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar and the Qatari Minister of Defense Khalid bin Al-Attiyah to discuss building the security and defense capabilities of the army forces and coordinating between them.
