639 Burns and wounds sustained in Eid Al Adha in Tripoli and Misurata.

The Ministry of Health announced that 639 people were burned and wounded due to sharp instruments in the cities of Tripoli and Misurata during the blessed days of Eid al-Adha.

The Ministry indicated on its official page, that the accident and emergency department of the Misurata Medical Center received 219 cases of moderate and minor injuries in the first two days of Eid as a result of the incorrect use of sharp instruments.

It is worth noting that the number of cases of burns and injuries of sharp devices received by the Hospital Burns and Plastic Surgery in Tripoli in 2018, amounted to 445 injuries between medium and minor.
