6 days and water is shut by Haftar for 4 million people and nobody moves.

Here is the sixth day for water closure from the cities of the western region, which ends without any signs on the horizon to it to be pumped, and the actor is known and is enjoying torturing Libyans.

The tragedy started on the fifth of the current month when loyalists of Haftar entered the site of the river water control station in the Al-Shweref area, and forced workers to stop operating work and pump water from well fields to a number of cities and largely populated areas, as Tripoli has a population of more than two million people, and with other western cities have more than 200 thousand displaced people who were displaced from their homes, because of the Haftar aggression since April of last year.

The water system administration confirmed the continuation of the water outage, indicating in its statement that the intransigence and rejection of the armed group that stormed the site of the station, saying that it has become known to the security and judicial authorities in the country by refusing to re-operate and pumping water to cities and areas of consumption, and the continued threat by them by force of arms for workers at the site of the flow control station.

Hifter militias use the water as a pressure card after their successive defeats by the army forces after they announced Operation Peace Storm to defeat these militias that violated the ceasefire, bombed civilian neighborhoods in Tripoli, and killed dozens of civilians during the past weeks.

The cutting of the main lifeline comes inlight of the conditions of imposing a quarantine, due to the pandemic of the Corona virus and the use of water more widely than before to combat this serious epidemic, but Haftar and those above him from the countries who command him are not observing the lowest levels of humanity and ethics.

International and local appeals demanded the urgent opening of water for fear of an outbreak of the Corona epidemic in Libya, but it fell in deaf ears so far amid an international abandonment that we have become accustomed to since the beginning of the aggression ,the situation remains as it is and the suffering of the Libyans is increasing due to the ambitions of an old man who has exceeded seventy five years in to rise to power in Libya before death takes him, as well as it took more than 7000 of his militia on the walls of Tripoli.
